We founded McGovern’s On The Water Family Restaurant out of a deep love for real local food. We strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of our love for food, life, and living.

McGovern’s On The Water Family Restaurant was born in 1968. McGovern’s has been family owned and operated for more than 50 years with three generations of the McGovern family working onsite. We strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of our love for food, life, and living. Our tiny family owned restaurant has blossomed into a thriving restaurant, with indoor seating, room for families, parties and even crowds. (Yes, we do catering…just ask us!)
